1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) subject to these Terms. Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it is merely an acknowledgment that we have received your order. An order is accepted, and a binding contract is formed, only when we ship the product(s) to you and send you a shipment confirmation email.

If your order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. We reserve the right to limit order quantities on any product and to reject orders from dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping, billing, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address and applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. The amount of sales tax charged will be displayed separately on your order confirmation and invoice. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information through the Site, you consent to our sharing of your payment information with third-party payment processors for the purpose of completing your transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity associated with your payment method. You are responsible for all charges, fees, and applicable taxes associated with your use of the Site and your purchases. In the event of a payment failure or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and to pursue all available legal remedies.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products to addresses within the United States. Shipping within the United States is FREE for all orders. Once your order is accepted and processed, products are typically delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees; actual delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur during shipping or delivery. If your shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us at contact@autoseb.shop so we can assist in resolving the issue.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery or misdelivery resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or illegible address information provided by you. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our Returns Policy.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Certain products may be non-returnable due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons; such restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page or in our Returns Policy.
